We call it selective pruning. Though brisk, it is a wonderful time of year! Doctor told me to take the week off to let the muscles in my back rest. Tee hee...so while sitting for too long is bad, over working it when it needs rest is bad too...good time to get your strategy down for what you are going to do when you are feeling better...so just walk around your garden when your back is injured!
