		<description>Hi!  I&#039;ve been told mixed things about pulling it out.  We don&#039;t pull it out because the underground breaks would cause too many little shoots to pop up. There were so many that I literally couldn&#039;t keep up with them. Round up did not work for us either but we have the giant kind with the spindle things on the top. The San Diego country &quot;Weed specialist&quot; said to cut the top off and inject poison down the center to kill it.  We tried everything, the only thing that&#039;s working is this SedgeHammer poison that I blogged about.  But alas, it&#039;s a slow painful process.

I can&#039;t believe people actually willing plant this stuff!

		<description>I have a client who has a ton of horsetail growing around her ornamental pond. And I am pretty much fighting it all summer long. I just try to fill in with other plants, and then it doesn&#039;t look so weedy...more purposeful.</description>
